Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after receiving the advance payment (for COD) or full payment (for prepaid orders).

2 Delivery Time

Delivery timelines vary depending on your location and courier availability. Standard delivery time is generally:

• 3–7 business days for major cities
• 5–10 business days for other regions

3 Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout.

• Rs. 1000 advance paid for COD orders goes toward shipping and is deducted from the total amount at delivery.

4 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via WhatsApp or email.

5 Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier is unable to deliver due to customer unavailability or refusal, the order will be marked as failed, and the advance amount will not be refunded.
