Return & Refund Policy
3.1 Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted only if:
- The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- A return request is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
- An unboxing video is provided.
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
If the product is damaged due to shipping, returns will be accepted only when a valid unboxing video is provided.
3.3 Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact customer support.
- Provide order details and proof (photos/videos).
- Follow the return instructions provided.
3.4 Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after inspection of returned items. Refund methods include:
- Store credit
- Replacement product
3.5 Advance Payment Refunds
- If canceled before shipment, the Rs. 1000 advance may be refunded.
- If the customer refuses delivery after shipment, the advance is non-refundable.
