Cash on Delivery (COD)
1. Availability of Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible orders within supported service areas. The availability of COD may vary based on product type, order value, and delivery location.
2. Government-Mandated COD Tax
As per current regulations, a government-imposed 4% tax applies to all COD parcels.
- This means an additional 4% will be charged on the total order amount at checkout or upon delivery.
3. Advance Payment Requirement
To process and dispatch any COD order, customers are required to pay a Rs. 1000 advance amount.
- This advance is taken solely to confirm the order and cover initial shipping arrangements.
- The full amount of Rs. 1000 will be deducted from your final payable amount at the time of delivery.
- Failure to pay the advance will result in cancellation or non-processing of the COD order.
- No additional tax or extra charges are applied for Full payment in advance.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions
- The Rs. 1000 advance amount is adjustable but non-refundable in cases where the customer refuses or fails to receive the parcel.
- If the customer cancels the order before shipment, the advance amount may be refunded or adjusted, subject to company policy.
5. Order Verification
All COD orders may be subject to a verification call or message for confirmation.
Orders that cannot be verified may be delayed or cancelled.
6. Delivery Attempts
The courier will make reasonable attempts to deliver the parcel.
If the customer is unreachable or refuses to accept the parcel, the order will be marked as failed delivery, and no refund for the advance amount will be issued.
7. Modification of Terms
The company reserves the right to modify or update these COD Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated policies will be available on this page.
